This Privacy Policy explains how "Planning Technologies" LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Priorities: Task & To-Do List application for Android (the "App"). Priorities is designed to keep your tasks on your device. We do not run servers that store your data, and the App contains no advertising and no analytics.

The following data is created and kept on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party:
Backup files are saved on your device. If you choose to move or send a backup file elsewhere (for example, to cloud storage or by email), that transfer is made by you and is governed by the service you use.
You can delete this data at any time in the App, or by uninstalling the App.
The App asks for permissions only when you use a feature that needs them. You can grant or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. Refusing a permission only disables the related feature.
The microphone is used for two features:
The camera is used to scan documents and take photos that you attach to tasks. Images are processed and stored only on your device.
Attachments are selected through the standard Android file picker. The App accesses only the files you choose.
The App uses notifications and, with your permission, exact alarms to deliver task reminders at the right time. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
If you enable app lock, you can unlock the App with your fingerprint or other biometric method. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. The App never receives or stores it.
Google Tasks sync is optional. If you enable it, you sign in with your Google account and the App accesses your task lists and tasks through the Google Tasks API in order to display, create, update and delete your tasks in the App and keep them in sync across your devices. This data is exchanged directly between your device and Google. We do not operate servers that receive or store it.
Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide the sync feature you requested. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not read by humans except where you give us explicit permission (for example, when you ask us for support) or where required by law.
Priorities' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can turn off sync in the App at any time and revoke the App's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tasks stored in Google Tasks can be managed or deleted in your Google account.
Paid features are purchased through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your payment card details. The App receives from Google Play only the information needed to unlock the features you purchased.
The App does not display ads, does not use analytics or crash reporting services, does not use your advertising ID and does not track you across apps or websites.
Because your data is stored on your device and in your own Google account, you stay in control of it. Data on your device is permanently deleted when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Tasks synced with Google Tasks are stored in your Google account and can be deleted there. We do not keep copies of your data.
All network communication of the App, including Google Tasks sync, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. You can protect access to the App with a PIN code or biometric lock.
Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our systems, most of these rights can be exercised directly in the App, on your device or in your Google account. We do not sell or share personal information.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
